Microsoft ToDo should sync total hours to Outlook Tasks

Why oh why oh why doesn't Microsoft ToDo sync the total work hours to Outlook Tasks???? I use those hours to plan out how much work i have to do - but todo doesn't allow me to have that field, which means it doesn't carry into the Outlook Tasks.   i really really really really need total work to sync back and forth.   PLEEEAAASSSEEEE
