Microsoft todo keeps crashing
Just hit the same problem.
Despite the Appstore offering me the update and telling me its supported on my Big Sur Macbook Pro, the app is now broken. This machine is still very capable (8 thread, 16gb), no reason this should not run - the enforced obsolesce from Apple & Microsoft is *really* starting to pee me off.
I've got the same problem on my MacBook Pro 2012. It started just after Christmas, after a ToDo update I recall.
Fortunately for us, ToDo runs fine on the iPhone and iPad doesn't it?

Same/similar problem here, starting with the update around two months ago and continuing with the next update (installed today) on my "vintage" late 2014 iMac running Big Sur. For me, the crash always comes after I've opened the app whereupon it automatically puts up a login window: after I've entered my email and clicked return, the app just crashes and MacOS gives me the dreaded "... quit unexpectedly" window. It does still work on all my other devices (Mac Studio, iPad Pro, iPhone), so this really does seem to be a very "focused" bug, which I hoped, in vain, would have been fixed in this latest update. For now, I continue to access To Do from a browser on the iMac.
