Microsoft To Do Tasks Disappeared

Tony BROOKS I totally agree as it is a total waste of time to chase Microsoft - it’s just not good enough though and they really ought to take responsibility. Moving forward, can you suggest a different but similar tool?? Thanks very much 🙏

Hello Emma, try OneNote (todo flag) and/or Outlook tasks. The integration looks useful: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-outlook-tasks-in-onenote-19725ff3-0234-495d-9838-fb1f511e924f but in my work environment I don't think the integration works. I have a colleague who uses OneNote, I create calendar appointments and give them a category based on priority or project (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-categories-in-outlook-com-a0f709a4-9bd8-45d7-a2b3-b6f8c299e079).
Some dissimilar tools: our team uses Jira and ServiceNow.
