Microsoft To Do Memory Leak

To Do uses an excessive amount of RAM causing the computer to prompt me to force it to close. Currently using version 2.39.1 on macOS.

      This has been happening for months! I have tried to update the app, remove it, reinstall it and it continues. I open ToDo for 1 min, edit my tasks and the force quit. Any updates from Microsoft??
