Microsoft To Do in Office 2019 Professional Plus not available/visible

Hello all

We have devices in use which have Office 2019 Professional Plus installed. On these devices, the "Tasks" in Outlook have not yet been replaced with "Microsoft To Do". This has already been done on devices with Office 2016 Home & Business. All Office applications are up-to-date. Is there any way to speed this up, or does anyone know when Microsoft To Do will be available for Office 2019 Professional Plus?
