Microsoft To-Do data wiped!

Hello,

My team has migrated our last mailboxes from on-prem to the cloud, and our top executive's MS to-do data has completely disappeared.

We have looked any where and everywhere including backups, deleted items, we cannot find them.

Any idea how to restore these and where to look?

Please help.
