MIcrosoft To Do Bugs on Mac OS 12.0.1

I've tried everything from restarting my mac to uninstalling to do and reinstalling but I keep getting a bug where the interface will load but I cannot check off any tasks, click to see multi-task items or even get the file, edit, view, etc tabs at the top to load up.  Has anyone faced these issues?
