Microsoft Expression Problem & This App Not on Your Community List

I downloaded MS Expression and Superpreview a month or so ago. When I have a long html file and start scrolling, the scrolling will not stop on click. I don't know how to stop it. It is annoying. When I first opened up an HTM(L) file (MS generated from Word), it did not load the file or files. That went away on its own. I thought that I'd point this out here to see if something needs a fix. Perhaps it is some problem with my computer. Can't be sure.
