MacOS - "Account Switch Detected"

I'm trying to sign in to my work account on ToDo on MacOS. It was working previously but now I'm getting an error after I authenticate my login that says "Account Switch Detected". Tried deleting the...

    I think, in the end I managed to sign in by using a different email address. In my organisation we have two different email domain options and it worked when I used the alternate one (if that makes sense)
