Lost tasks

Hi I'm looking for an easy way to create a tasks from emails to my iphone., using MS 365.When I click on the ... at the top of the email, then go to create tasks.  It then produces a task with the name of the email 'eg Product recall'. So far so good

I then go to the tick up the top rhs. And get a message 'Task Created 'View in to do'. When I click on the 'View in to do' I get a message 'Task not found'. We can't find the task you are looking for, try searching for it instead'.

Doesn't show up in Tasks, My Day etc either on my phone or my desktop.

Any help appreciated.
