List order not syncing between devices
I totally get the frustration- I have faced the same issue while living in Italy with my MacBook Pro (Mac1050). The list order just wouldn’t sync between my devices (iPhone, Android, and Windows 11), and it was super annoying.
What worked for me was clearing the cache on all devices and ensuring that the app was up-to-date. I also logged out and back in on each device to force a fresh sync. After doing this, the list order synced properly within a few minutes again. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the app on all devices.
Hope this helps

I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all my devices and it did not fix this problem.

Hey mac1050,
Ayyanna again-here’s the bulletproof fix that finally killed the sync bug for good 🙄
1-Force-quit To Do on ALL devices (swipe up/close, Task Manager, etc.)
2-Open the list on ONE device only (pick iPhone).
3-Move one single item in the list.
4-Tap the sync icon (cloud arrow, top-right) immediately.
5-Wait 2 minutes - do NOT open To Do anywhere else.
6-Now open on your other devices. Order syncs in seconds.
This stops the “multi-device conflict” glitch. Works every time.
Let me know when it’s fixed

It looks like the sync issue persists . According to my knowledge, here's an updated, more concise approach
1-Force quit the app on all devices (swipe up/close on iPhone, Task Manager on Windows, etc.).
2-Sign out of the app on all devices.
3-Sign in again on the device you use most frequently (e.g., iPhone).
4-Open the list on that device only.
5-Reorder one item in the list.
6-Tap the sync icon (cloud arrow) and wait for it to sync (about 2 minutes).
7- Open the app on other devices, and the order should sync properly.
