Recently the ToDo app showed a link to some more information:

From the article it seems like a pretty straight forward thing. Just slide the To Do license to "on" and we're done.
Not quite. When the IT department tries to enable it, it raises an error. However, contrary to the message there are no details below.
Anyone got an idea (or ideally a solution)?
