Yes, this does still seem to be a problem. Previously Premium Planner tasks didn't even appear in To Do at all and now they do. They can also now be added to My Day in To Do but as mentioned in this thread they do not appear in the Outlook To do pane that allows you to drag tasks to the calendar. One day... here's hoping... sigh. Ayan_Chakraborty any updates?
