Is it possible to view by Assigned to

I have a list called Developments which is shared with two other colleagues.  All the tasks have one of the three of us assigned to it.  I want to be able to filter only on NB's tasks or RB's tasks or RD's tasks (mine) but it doesn't seem to be possible to do that.

I could create #RB, #NB, #RD but that seems to defeat the object of assigning the task to a person - surely you should be able to filter on each person or I am missing something.
