Is it possible to post an event on Agenda from a To Do point.

I'm working with To Do tables on Microsoft Loop to manage my teamwork. Right now, everytime I put a new event on the To Do, it goes directly to the team member to do list. That way, the team member can see each task, but cannot "link it" with an event on the agenda, at least with my knowledge.
