With Microsoft To-Do we wanted a fresh start to explore the positives of productivity. We were especially inspired by the sense of accomplishment that comes from completing your most important to-dos...

Given that Microsoft To-Do Tasks correspond to Outlook Tasks, I am curious to know how I can see in Outlook the steps related to a Task.
Is it possible?
- Donna_Day_LaffertyApr 30, 2020Copper ContributorAnother very good reason for sync of 'Next step' from TO DO to Outlook Tasks is that you can only download your TO DO from Outlook Tasks. This download provides me with a vital monitoring and reporting function. Losing the 'Next step' from that report omits important detail.
There seems to be some suggestion that 'Next step' does sync with Outlook desktop, but I can't see it doing it in my Outlook desktop version.
I woudl welcome guidance. Thank you, Donna - Stephen HancockApr 16, 2018Copper Contributor
I have the same question. Using steps in ToDo but how are they displayed (if at all) in Microsoft Tasks?

Hi Stephen Hancock and Salvatore Biscari, Steps unfortunately aren't synced to Outlook Tasks. I can see how that would be really helpful, though. While syncing Steps to Outlook Tasks isn't currently planned, I want you to know that deepening our Outlook integration is on the list. Stay tuned š

Keturah Cummings They dont need to be visible per se but how about putting a link to the Todo system in the task you add to outlook so that we can easily get to the steps from outlook?
