Your organisation could deploy it to you using InTune https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/apps-add

Appreciate that, but I just want an exe or an msi. I don't want to pay for InTune licenses. 🙂

Look at me, I'm on another Microsoft forum post trying to do something pretty normal and I have to jump through hoops to do it.
