In MacOS and iOS versions of To Do, some characters will be transcoded automatically.

In MacOS and iOS versions, if you enter quotation marks or Chinese character "value" in the detail note box of "To Do", they will all be transcoded. It is strange, and this is probably a bug again. I think there are other characters that have been transcoded in this way, but I don't know. This is not consistent with the performance in Windows version, please fix it, thank you.
