How to create shortcut link for Microsoft To Do?

I'm trying to figure out how to create a shortcut link to Microsoft To Do. For any app that doesn't come from the Microsoft Store, that's pretty simple by going to search > app name > right-click > open file location. But To Do doesn't show the option to "open file location". Searching for "todo.exe" brings up a location but double-clicking that file results in a "code execution" error.

The goal is to create a link in the Quick Launch toolbar for easy access.

Thanks.

Found the answer on another thread:  https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-to-create-shortcut-link-for-microsoft-to-do/16ea4653-338f-47b2-9e1e-197d5b8b7471

Reprint in case the other thread dies.  Good Luck!

To create a shortcut link for Microsoft To Do, please follow these steps:

      1. Open the Start menu and search for "Microsoft To Do".

      2. Right-click on the Microsoft To Do app and select "More".

      3. Select "Pin to taskbar" or "Pin to Start" to create a shortcut on your taskbar or Start menu.

      4. To create a shortcut on your Quick Launch toolbar OR DESKTOP/FOLDER, right-click on an empty space on the toolbar and select "New" > "Shortcut".

      5. In the "Type the location of the item" field, enter "ms-todo:" (without the quotes).

      6. Click "Next" and give the shortcut a name (e.g. "Microsoft To Do").

      7. Click "Finish" to create the shortcut.
