How can I see links to my ms planner plans in microsoft to do?

I see the tasks assigned to me just fine, but want links to all my actual planners in the list area.  How do I configure that?

  • Unfortunately, Microsoft To Do does not provide direct links to entire Planner plans in the list area. However, there are a few workarounds you can use to quickly access your Planner plans from To Do:

Option 1: Manually Add Links to Your Planner Plans

    1. Open Microsoft Planner (https://tasks.office.com/) and go to the plan you want to link.
    2. Copy the URL of the plan from your browser.
    3. Open Microsoft To Do and create a new list (e.g., "My Planner Plans").
    4. Add a new task for each Planner plan and paste the link to the respective plan in the task's Notes field.
    5. This way, you can click on the link from To Do and quickly access the full Planner plan.

Option 2: Use "Assigned to Me" in To Do

    • If you only need to see tasks assigned to you, ensure that Planner is synced with To Do:
      • Open Microsoft To Do.
      • Click on your profile picture > Settings.
      • Ensure "Planner" is toggled on under "Connected Apps."
    • Your assigned tasks will show up under "Assigned to me", but they won’t have direct links to the full Planner plan.
