how can i Hide flagged mailing list？

I don't need to use the flagged mailing list, so I don't want to see this list in the usage page either. Can I delete it or hide it? I have enabled the smart hide empty list feature in the settings, but the flagged list is still there. Is there any way to solve this problem?
