How can I change the colour of the employee icons?

The colors in the web and client versions of the application are inconsistent, with some random color assignments. This inconsistency makes it difficult to sort and differentiate between users and their tasks, hindering the ability to obtain an effective overview. This lack of color consistency renders certain aspects of the ToDo functionality obsolete within the current effort, impacting usability and user experience negatively.
