This would indeed really help with planification. Most of my recurring daily tasks have a defined time duration (from 10 to 30 minutes), and I'm always counting to see wether I have time to add new taks or not. This feature would be pretty simple to implement : add a field "duration" within a task (in hours and minutes), add an information about total tasks duration at the top right corner of "Today"'s list.
