error when sharing list

Hi all, seems like the software engeneer woke up ;) It is fixed and a least i was able to invite people to my lists and they accepted them and are in. So from my end no issue anylonger but have to admit i created lists like hell to be preparred when it breaks again :D
good not beeing the only one, but how do we get hold of Microsoft to fix it? I had a call with the "tech support". They even where not knowlegable about the fact that private users can share lists between each other even it is written everywhere as core feature. They guided me to this tech community, but how do we reach out to Microsoft
