Difference between 'planned' and 'tasks'
HidMov If I am reading you right 'Planned' and 'Assigned To You' should be subsets of 'Tasks - but I created 3 tasks in Loop and they show as Planned' and 'Assigned To You' but I still have zero Tasks - as if it was not a master list - what gives?
keensg My understanding is that the Tasks list is there to catch any tasks that are not assigned to a custom list you have created. A task has to live somewhere, and if it's not in a list then it gets put in the Tasks list so it can be found.
Planned and Assigned aren't really subsets of the Tasks list. Think of those lists not really as lists, but more along the lines of filtered views that look for assigned tasks/planned tasks regardless where the task actually lives.
When you are adding the tasks via loop, is the task being put into a list you have created?

No - I was not even aware that I could - I am using a Loop Task component in OneNote to create the Tasks.
