Create To-Do (Task) from Contacts List

The feature I would like to be able To-Do is: Click on a Contact and have is added to my Tasks or My Day. I contact multiple users/clients per day and would like the Outlook Contact name and phone number to show up in TO-DO. I vision this process as when you flag an e-mail an it shows up in To-Do.

Having the users # in To-Do would speed up calling the user/client.
