Create tasks on shared lists from an email

Hi,

I often get emails that I need to flag to bring up for discussion the next time I meet someone (typically in 1:1). For these 1:1, I typically keep all my items for discussion on a shared list where both can input on.

 

How can I flag or forward the email so that it creates a task on the shared list for reference?

    Hi all,
    reducing this ask to something product-specific in the hope of having some thoughts.

    Does MS To-Do, allow for tasks to be created by sending an email to a specific email address?
    I would like to avoid using PowerAutomate for this, and instead use in-built features of To-Do.
