Can't use Dragon NaturallySpeaking in Microsoft To Do

I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking at work because I have arthritis in my fingers. Plus, I am a Web Accessibility Specialist and use DNS for accessibility evaluations. If Dragon NaturallySpeaking will not work natively in any platform, I can use Dragon's "dictation box". However, I can't even use the dictation box with Microsoft To Do. I can voice in my text but when I say "click transfer", the window disappears and nothing shows up in the "Add a task" field.
