[Bug in Desktop App] Manual Sort Order in My Day View Reset When Using Search Function
Yes, I am aware of this bug in Microsoft To Do. I do experience it, and it can be quite frustrating. I use the manual sort feature often to help me organize my day, and I don't want to have to use workarounds like adding numbers to the task titles.
I usually organize my tasks in Microsoft To Do by priority and due date. I also use tags to help me categorize my tasks. For example, I might have a tag for "work," "personal," "shopping," and so on.
I also use the My Day view to keep track of my most important tasks. I like to use the manual sort feature to order my tasks in My Day view by priority, so that I can focus on the most important tasks first.
I hope that Microsoft will fix this bug soon. In the meantime, I will continue to use the workarounds that I mentioned earlier.
Here are some other ways that I use Microsoft To Do to manage my daily activities
- I use the Reminders feature to set reminders for tasks that I need to complete.
- I use the Labels feature to color-code my tasks. This helps me to visually see the different types of tasks that I have.
- I use the Share feature to share tasks with others. This is great for collaborating on projects with team members.
- I use the Export feature to export my tasks to a CSV file. This is useful for backing up my tasks or for importing them into another task management app.
Overall, I think Microsoft To Do is a great task management app. It is easy to use, and it has a lot of features that can help me to stay organized and productive. I am hopeful that Microsoft will fix the bug that I mentioned, and I am looking forward to seeing what new features they add to the app in the future.
