AI to automatically repeat jobs based on task detail.
Hi,
It would be beneficial if you had AI reviewing the 'Add a task' field so when a user types 'Monthly Payroll' that To Do recognises the word 'Monthly', highlights it and automatically adds in the detail for the task to repeat monthly on the date the task is being created. That way users don't then need to click the 'repeat' icon or 'customised' icon to set this. Likewise for 'Weekly', 'Daily', 'Fortnightly', etc.
Other solutions offer this and it's something Microsoft should really introduce to this platform as it would save so much time and make the solution much more user friendly.
For professionals who have many clients with repeating tasks, this would save so much time! Working at a bookkeeping firm, we have new clients coming on all the time and having to set up their repeating tasks list is quite time consuming. Having AI pick up on things like this would save me hours each month!
