Here is a Screenshot of the screen I get when I click on "Add a Task". (You can ignore all of the Tasks I have in the list of Tasks; they were just test Tasks to see if I could find out how to use various tool.)
I thought that the "color" feature was included in a tab that was to be found in the column that includes Add a File and Add Note, as you can see there doesn't seem to be a tab for adding a color for a Task. Could the pathway ro that tool be different from that set out in the tutorials I was using? Is this perhaps one of those features?
Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.

- DavidCGossJan 02, 2024Copper ContributorAs you can see, the Add File and Notes tabs are now appearing in the column where they should be appearing. I didn't do anything to cause this to happen, so I'm not sure that is the case. I am still having trouble finding the color feature.

But regarding color; colors and backgrounds can only be changed for overall Lists and (sub)groups, not the individual tasks, and it is a limited selection of colors and backgrounds as well.
So if you're thinking of changing color for each task, that is not possible, you can change color for Lists and Groups by clicking at the three dots in top right corner.
I hope it answers your question.
