Add Attachment to New Task, through Flow from Kaizala Action Trigger

Hello,

Am I missing something?

I created a Action Card Form at Kaizala to collect data include photo. I managed to use Flow, to create a Task whenever the Kaizala Action is being trigger. However, I couldn't be sure where to put the collected photo into the Flow, therefore the Task at To-Do.
