MCA tenant - ported toll-frees blocked by billing config - 'not set up to use this feature'
Need urgent help. Teams Phone toll-free ports completed today, MCA tenant, billing config blocking inbound calls. Ticket open for hours with no response. Customer-impacting outage. Tenant ID available in DM.

Hi, because this is a ported toll-free number and inbound calls are blocked by billing configuration, this needs Microsoft support rather than community troubleshooting. I’d keep the case escalated as customer-impacting, include the tenant ID, port order, affected numbers, and timestamps. Ask support specifically to verify MCA toll-free billing eligibility, Communications Credits/billing setup, and inbound voice routing.
