Where is my Skype Credit now that I've migrated to Teams (Free)

My wife and I had SKYPE Credit. It was not migrated and there's no way to dial in Teams. How do I get a refund for both my wife's Skype account and mine?

You'll no doubt lose any remaining Skype credit. Skype credit was discontinued some time ago, replaced with monthly fees. I've been trying to migrate my numbers from Skype to Teams and the entire process is a complete and utter headache. Teams clearly isn't geared torwards those migrating over from Skype with physical numbers.

  • I hope you get an answer.  As far as I'm concerned they took a decent app and abandoned it for one that simply sucks!!!
No history, no dialer, no credit - but this is a Great Product, right??

Nevermind...I wound up waiting for over 3 hours on the Contact Microsoft Chat...Once I finally got through their tech support person at first gave me incorrect information telling me to click on something that does not exist in the Microsoft Teams (Free) client...Eventually he got the correct info and eventually I got the SKYPE DIALPAD button to show up in the Teams (Free) client...Oh and by the way the only thing this does if you click on the SKYPE DIALPAD Button within Teams (Free) is open up your browser to the WEB Inteface for SKYPE where you then have to login again with your SKYPE Username and Password...What a convoluted mess. At least I verfied that both my wife's account and mine do have this capability now and the credit should we ever wish to make a call again using SKYPE and this convoluted method from MS Teams (Free)....UGH.
