Where is Service Manager Support?
I have been trying to look for support, blogs, help on Service Manager and most of what I get is either no longer linked to any Microsoft sites or I have to purchase a 3rd party plugin to make things work.

- could you explain us what it is you main issue?
Another "Main" issue: No Exchange connector added to the default list of connectors. I guess I have to download the exchange connector 3.1 to see if that helps. Hopefully it works still.
