Could you please confirm that all prerequisites for installing VMM have been met, and also verify that WinRM is properly configured and that the service is running?

Additionally, please ensure the installer is being run with administrative privileges. If the setup file was downloaded from the internet, also check its properties and ensure the “Unblock” option is enabled before running the installer.
