SCSM Review Activity = Rejected
Scenario: A Review Activity contains 2 reviewers. The approval condition is 'Percentage'. The threshold is '50'. One of the reviewers voted 'Reject', and this is reflected within the Review Activi...
Figured it out.
The issue was that both of the reviewers had 'Veto' set to False.
Once I set 'Veto' to true for both reviewers, and one of them rejected the request, the review activity went into Failed status (which is the desired result and the correct status for a rejected review activity).
