SCCM is retired, any new alternatives?

I got to know the Microsoft has added SCCM certifications(70-703) to the retired ones group. Is there any new Certification they have introduced on its behalf. If yes, can somebody help me with those Certification details? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/exam-70-703.aspx
