Migrate VMM to Azure

Hi all! My customer wants to move off of physical hardware to Azure VMs.  I see that VMM is supported on VMs, but wondering the best way to move everything.  They are on VMM 2019 so they just need to migrate hardware without an upgrade.  Thanks!
