CMG Connection Analyzer errors

Hello all,

     my CMG connection analyzer is showing me some errors and have been combing the internet but none of the discussions has helped me correct this. i am getting the following errors:

Configuration version of the CMG service should be 5.
Failed to get CMG service metadata. For more information, see SmsAdminUI.log.

and

Failed to test the CMG channel. Check SmsAdminUI.log for more details.

i have looked in the SmSadminUI.log and i am not seeing anything in there that can help me. could someone try and guide me on how to troubleshoot this please?
