add replaced node to cluster

Hello,

I have a 4 node s2d cluster.  Its mostly a test environment.  

I rebuilt a server, imitating a server OS disk failure.

I rebuilt the OS disk fresh, then added necessary features, and then added by to cluster.  I attempted via the powershell, but it didn't take, so I added back with cluster manager, and that worked.

I also named the server with the same name.

Now I am trying to manage it back in SCCM, but when I try to add it back I'm unable.  The node just says (pending).  If I try to "add host to cluster" it just throws an error, about RPC not being available.

How can I refresh sccm so that it recognizes this node properly again?

The cluster and the node shows proper operation in cluster manager, its only SCCM that is unable to get it back, but it does have the agent installed.
