Issue with Autoruns v14.11 – Offline System Registry Hives Not Unmounted

Another workaround is to manually unload the temporary registry mounts it makes. Do this in between each offline run you need to do:
reg unload hklm\autoruns.software
reg unload hklm\autoruns.system
reg unload hklm\autoruns.user
