Surface Studio wouldn't detect the Second Display

I have a Surface Studio with Windows 10 Home and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M display adapter. 

I am trying to connect a DELL UltraSharp U3415W monitor but it does not detect when I try the Display Settings. 

Any tips would be appreciated ...
