What could be a reason that some apps (e.g. Microsoft Word) are not available on the Duo?

Hi Tobias, thanks for your patience! We were able to find the answers to your questions:
- The Office team's strategy for mobile support is their Office app, which provides access to all the dual-screen enhanced Office applications. - Yes, this was done via Google Play Store by choosing to exclude specific devices for the Word/Excel/Powerpoint apps
