Third surface device does not work.
Hi I bought my daughter a surface for college and it had issues so it was replaced by Microsoft and the replacement had the same issue and then this past June this machine also broke my daughter starting college again in a couple weeks I have an open ticket how do you get service to respond?

Although it was a problem with a Surface Pro 5. It died while undergoing an auto update session. I called MS & they got me an appointment with my closest MS service center, which was in Boston 50 miles away. I took it in & while they were unable to fix it then & there, I was given a new one, as my original one was still under warranty.
