Surface Books crashing when using camera

We have about 800+ Surface Books on campus, mixture of Surface Book 2s and 3s. So far I've had three Surface Book 3 users chime in with camera issues. One is stating that camera is crashing while on Teams, the other two are stating camera issues when trying to use the camera as a camera. Any of you seeing this with your Books?

    Hi jmarquez ,

     

    Were you ever able to find a resolution to the camera issues?  We have a healthcare client with 20-30 Surface Book 3 devices and the rely heavily on the rear facing camera and have been having BSOD issues on a large portion of their devices.  We've been getting the run-around with Microsoft support for a couple of months now and are not sure where else to turn.  It seems like the issues started occurring after one of the Windows 10 feature updates but I couldn't tell you exactly which one.
