Surface Book 3 radomically block of the system

Hello,

I bought 3 mounths ago the SB 3 15" with I7 ,but during the normal use of the Computer I noted that randomically the system doesn't respond to external command of the mouse, touchpad or keyboard for 4-5 second, seems a sort of blocking of the windows .

I already used the toolkit to update the system but nothing is changed.
