Easty11 In my case it was the Surface Brightness Control Application settings which need to be updated from the Windows Registry.

- Thank you Matt! Everything seems to require a registry edit on these Surface Books.. this has been annoying me for awhile, especially when everything went to Zoom meetings. Dimming the meeting every 30 seconds was so annoying.
