Surface Book 2 15 inch SKU 1793
Is anyone else seeing this issue on Surface Book 2 15 inch SKU 1793?
Touchscreen becomes disabled/unresponsive when device is put to sleep then is awaken via touch pad. Touchscreen no longer responds.
Have tried Windows updates, HID touchscreen reinstall, Calibrated touchscreen, reset device (Power/volume down button for 20 secs), tried to use Stylus pen, detach/reattach. Happens on all 15 inch surface books SKU 1793. Have had 7 devices all with the same exact issue right out of the box after going through windows 10 setup.
