Since I'm having trouble replying to a private enquiry, I'll give the general proceedings to replacing the Surface Book 2's feet as I did:
What I did is I took the measurements of the fitting area of the two feet and manufactured them myself on a local locksmiths or metalworks, out of a sample of sheet metal of the desired thickness (thickness of sheet metal is the same as the height of the Book's new feet).
After polishing the surface of the new feet and given the desired finish, I glued the feet to my Book using double sided tape. In this case I used 3M Scotch Clear Double Sided Tape, and it hasn't come off since then.
Make sure you clean the fitting area of the feet on your Surface Book very well. It should get a bit brighter than the surrounding metal, and you can do it only by rubbing your finger on it. You should apply the tape to the feet first and trim off the excess tape. Once you do all that you can glue on the new feet.
Be aware that your Book won't stick to the ground, so don't place it in sloping surfaces.
Alternatively you can use sheet rubber instead of sheet metal and fix it with the same tape. That way it won't slide so easily, but they'll worn out more easily if you use it a lot. (Though, if you've replaced the original feet with new DIY ones, you can just easily repeat the same process)
Good luck
